Car vacuum cleaner December 4, 2009 Magik (Halifax, UK) 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
Excellent for cleaning the car on regular basis, has a long nozzle for getting into the sides of the seats and has powerful suction. Plugs into the lighter socket so no problems in running out of battery power as other type do. Great price, would recommend to buy.
It will do April 29, 2010 Brian Phelan (Birmingham England) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Its ok for a portable vacuum cleaner.Get crumbs ect up but you need a big mains vacuum for serious work.
I use mine to quickly clean up after the kids have been in the back of the car with the crisps.
I think 12v portables are all about the same.
Does the work but can be messy August 15, 2009 U. Malik (Scotland) 18 out of 18 found this review helpful
I wanted a vacuum cleaner for my car and from many I bought this once since it was from Draper.
It does the work but can be quite messy as dust escapes the container (supposed to contain it) and will get on your hand and the body of the vacuum cleaner. I probed into it and found that my item had a defected rubber (which was is supposed to isolate the dust container from the fan).
Still is worth the price and is working for me though I need to keep my face away or best nose covered and empty the container early so less dust escapes in the air.
So a tip to anyone who buys is; just clean it properly before storage.
draper 12v dc car vacuum - it sucks July 10, 2010 chico You get what you pay for - this is a basic car vacuum - power / suction is poor - do not expect to do any heavy duty cleaning - it is more appropriate for cleaning up crumbs from a kitchen surface. Requires constant pressing of the power button to operate. Only has two accessories. On the plus side, the power adaptor hides away inside the body of the vacuum.
Hardly any suction April 23, 2010 Maica (UK) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Hardly got anything off the floor of the car, not really worth buying unless you want to do a quick vacuum of dust.
