excellent products, holds very well will hold 30kg esly. providing the surface is clean and smooth e.g glass, fridge, tables.

I bought this item to pull out a fairly big dent in my car, it just does not work at all no grip on a non flat surface whatever, although a very good grip on a flat smooth surface glass etc.
The design of the handle securing swivel pin is poor in that it easily falls to pieces in your hands,I would send it back as useless if it was`nt for the price of postage costing almost as much as the item,for lifting glass sheets OK repairing car bodies FORGET IT

I had a very minor dent in my door panel. Tried this dent puller thing many times and it didnt work!! wouldnt stick to my car with ease and when it did, it didnt even pull the minor dent out. Waste of money in my eyes.

Product fell apart as soon as it came out of the box. Really difficult to reassemble, then simply did not "suck" unless on a completely flat, smooth surface- not really what a dent is!
